Our pharmacy team works closely with your care providers to make sure you get the right medications and understand how to take them safely. We have two in-house pharmacies and also offer free home delivery (with some exceptions), so you can get the medicine you need without having to travel to our sites.

Patients are also welcome to fill their prescription at outside pharmacies.

Quick and easy access for medication refills during pharmacy hours. You can stop by without an appointment and get the medications you need.

Free Home Delivery

Convenient medication delivery for eligible patients within 15 miles of our clinic on Rose Avenue in Venice. This service helps patients who have limited mobility or transportation access stay on track with treatment.

Who can use Venice Family Clinic’s pharmacy services?

Any patient who gets care at Venice Family Clinic and has a prescription from one of our clinicians can use our pharmacies. 

How do I request a medication refill?

If you need a medication refill from our in-house pharmacy, you can call our medication refill line at (310) 664-7758 or visit during our refill hours. If you need a refill from another pharmacy, please request it from that pharmacy directly. They will contact us for confirmation.

 

Am I eligible for free home delivery?

If you live within 15 miles of our Rose Avenue pharmacy, you can get free delivery. An adult must be home between 1:30 and 6:00 p.m. to sign for the medication. Ask your provider or call us to set it up.

What if I can’t afford my medication?

We do everything we can to help you get the medicine you need, even if you can’t afford it. 

Can I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?

We can transfer prescriptions between Venice Family Clinic pharmacies. We are not able to accept transfers from outside pharmacies, but we can help you switch your primary pharmacy if needed.
